Over the weekend, I locked myself in my house to write some new songs. Here is one of them. In the video, I call the song, "All I Want To Do", but after playing inta few more times, I changed the name to "Run Away With You" Let me know what you think ...

Runaway with You

As you might have noticed, we are currently on a break from the road. Jake is out on the west coast and I have been spending some time here in Nash writing and enjoying the great fall weather. This is definitely my favorite time of the year. The leaves are changing and the mornings are crisp and cool. Brings back memories of times I have spent in the northeast, one of my favorite places to be.

As for the writing, it has been a productive week. One song in particular, "All I Want To Do", I believe is a keeper. I wrote the song two days ago. I might record a video of it later today and post in a blog.

Hey Everyone!

As some of you might know, we have been working national radio over the past couple of months and I am very excited to announce we cracked the top 100 on the Americana radio charts this week! We are at 96 with a bullet. There are several tracks off of Get Lit that are in heavy rotation from Colorado to Maine and many places in between. Also, I wanted to let you know that we have two shows in Indiana this weekend. This Friday (Sept 19) is at the Music Mill's Whammy Bar (FREE SHOW). Showtime is 9PM. This show is an Indie 500 Records Showcase, so there will be other great Indie 500 bands on the bill. On Saturday (Sept 20) we will be in Madison, Indiana at Joeyg's. Showtime is 8PM. If you have not been to Joeyg's, you definitely need to check this place out. It is one of the best music venues in the state. Also, Joeyg's has great food, so bring your appetite! All of the show details (address etc) are listed near the end of this email.

For those in the Evansville, Indiana area, WRAY 98.1 recently added my single "Backstage Pass" to their playlist! I would really appreciate you calling in and requesting the song.
